Extended description: This edited extract from an oral history interview with Janet and John Lurcook, recorded in 2009 covers the couple's involvement in the Sevenoaks Cine Society, a Kent-based amateur film-making group, during the 1950s. This short film combines interview footage with relevant archive material from the Sevenoaks Cine Society collection. Here John discusses his role as official photographer and continuity man for Sevenoaks Cine Society and the use of the clapper-board he made. This is edited with archive footage of John, working behind the scenes on some of the Society productions, including the 1956 ghost film 'Home from Home'.
